Yangon: A mob of thugs, who attacked a pharmacy near Yuzana Plaza, were charged with three Acts

A few of criminals, who destroyed the “MM (2)” pharmacy and beat the shopkeeper near Yuzana Plaza, Yangon on 1st Nov, were arrested. However, some of them were still escaping.

Those arrested ones are Htet Myant Noe (Father’s name – U Maung Muang Swe), Kyaw Din Phyo (Father’s name – U Kyaw Oo and Zaw Min Htwe (Father’s name – U Soe Naing). The Voice Weekly Journal reported that Police Officer Ye Myo Hein told that they were caught at once at the same night after the attack.

Due to that violent attack, the shop, the drugs and medical products were damaged as well as the victims were injuried and had to be hospitalized as inpatients.

The detained offenders were now charged with cooperating for a criminal Act 114, destroying private properties Act 440 and harming a person Act 325 by Tarmwe Police Station.
